2. Services Provided

Rancho Cucamonga Plumber offers residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to drain cleaning, pipe repair, water heater service, leak detection, sewer line repair, and gas line work. All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Written or verbal estimates provided before work begins are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing may change if unforeseen issues are discovered during service. We will notify you and obtain approval before performing any additional work.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and permit fees unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

  • We offer scheduled and emergency appointments based on availability.
  • We require at least 4 hours’ notice for non-emergency cancellations.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service call fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Most of our services include a workmanship warranty, the duration and terms of which are documented on your service invoice. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification by others
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original work order
  • Acts of nature, including floods, earthquakes, and storms
  • Issues outside the specific scope of the original repair

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the work area
  • Disclose any known plumbing issues, prior repairs, or hazards
  • Keep pets and children away from the work site during service
  • Pay invoices in a timely manner

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, water damage from undisclosed conditions, or personal injury caused by misuse of repaired equipment.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
